Proposition:

Decoding the code: There was a need to embrace technology to reach out to and engage with a large community of students and parents, along with the teachers and donors of Cranleigh, and keep them abreast with latest news or information.

Solution:

Empowerment through Management Systems: Using Joomla, an open source PHP/MySQL based CMS, Icreon designed, developed and implemented a bespoke CMS and event management website. The CMS enabled Cranleigh to easily connect and interact with their community and inform them about the schedules of events.

The portal acted as a great marketing tool by creating a positive understanding of the life at Cranleigh in the eyes of prospective parents and students. Icreon continues to host and maintain the site.

Outcome: The swanky new look and feel of the website, based on the long history and stunning architecture of Cranleigh, and the processes of involving different users is being well received by students, teachers and parents.
