Hu2 Design had an ecommerce store built in Joomla 1.0 and Virtue mart. Most of their customers come through high profile marketing and social media campaigns.
However, the current store was unable to provide the end customer with a niche shopping experience. In the recent past, they were unable to match their sales conversions with the high levels of traffic coming to their site.
Solution:
Icreon had to not only the brand requirements, but also carefully analyze their long term strategy. The SWOT analysis clearly indicated that the brand had to be promoted as being hip, fun, cool and trendy; and should be able to generate sales.
Envisioning the aim of the online store of HU2, Icreon designed and developed a classic website that allows users to easily create their account and buy the stickers for walls, laptops etc; and track their order status. Developed using magento - a feature-rich solution that offers complete flexibility and control over the content, design and functionality of the e-store; the online store has the following features integrated in it:
- A shopping cart
- Paypal and RBS World Pay as the payment merchants.
- Allow users to purchase the stickers in both Euros and US$.
- Google Analytics to measure traffic and set goals for their SEM.
Also, to ensure the security and stop credit card fraud, the online store was setup up in a PCI compliant environment
Result:
With the launch of the new online store, the numders of orders placed with the website increased thereby dramatically increasing Hu2 sales.
