A leading US based medical transcription service provider was finding it extremely difficult to manage customer data and track employee activities as most of the information was available across different platforms and formats.
The company was looking for a web based software solution to enable them store and track sales / customer related information, and do away with various problems that arose from tracking activities and collating information from multiple sources.
Icreon suggested developing a centralized web based system for gathering and distributing the data.
Based on client requirements, we designed and developed the solution using Sugar CRM community edition, as this Open Source CRM can be customized easily. The CRM system developed could easily map the activities and collate and manage all disparate data, which was initially stored in ACT! – a Customer and Contact management system; and in Google docs and excel sheets, manually.
