The challenge, ineffectiveness and cost implications of manually training each and every employee was a challenge for PepsiCo India and they were in urgent need of the perfect training tool to train their employees in various SAP modules.

Solution:

Icreon developed highly interactive and engaging e-learning tutorials that were a combination of visuals, voice-overs, character animations and application screen shots, providing a 360-degree view of the application to the employees and let them learn by themselves. Employees are taken step-by-step through the entire process using character animations.

The e-learning solution provided Pepsi with an easy and cost effective means to train their employees. Also, using multimedia and animations reduced the learning curve period of the Pepsi employees.
