With no integrated environment of storing data and with offices spread across the globe, Sunbelt was facing issues in collating and managing their data to get a comprehensive picture of their business.
To overcome this, they required a web based solution that would automate the process of storing and managing information from all offices at a centralized location.
Icreon developed an integrated web based CRM solution to map the business processes of Sunbelt using SugarCRM community edition.
Icreon customized the existing modules and also built and integrated several enhancements including building multiple user roles and hierarchy levels to meet the requirements of Sunbelt. Through this, Sunbelt can easily monitor its offices, and allow individual offices to manage their brokers, business listings etc; and brokers, in turn, can manage their individual customers.
In the CRM, marketing campaign feature is also built to allow users to automatically follow-up with customers and prospects. It also enables them to create exhaustive profiles of customers and prospective buyers/sellers, including a history of all communications with them too.
In addition, we developed an Outlook Plug-in that allows an Outlook e-mail address to be linked to SugarCRM to enable users to extract information from specific e-mails and store directly in the solution.
