The foundation remains committed to ensuring that 100% of donations go directly to organizations that help New Yorkers who need it most.

With internal communication being a major factor in the foundation's day-to-day operations, the organization found itself in need of an internal network that would allow employees to communicate across teams and within leadership circles. While the foundation had tools in place to handle these functions, the organization struggled with user adoption - rendering the platform partially useless.

Above all, Robin Hood was looking for a partner that could provide strategic insights that would allow them to garner increased employee usage of the technology.
